There is no secret to losing underarm fat. Just like there is no secret to money making or any other goal you may have. The important thing to keep in mind is that it happens for people who’s willing to put in a bit of effort and time. Below, is a step by step process you can follow at home to effectively lose underarm fat.
Fundamentals:
(note: if you’d prefer to get to the point, you can skip this step, but it’s recommended you read this as knowing how underarm fat is lost is important to success)
Before we get to the steps of losing underarm fat, it’s important to first look at how fat is created. If you know how it’s created, you can stop creating more fat (step one) and then begin reducing fat (step two)
Fat is energy. When we eat food, we’re taking in fats, proteins, vitamins and other types of nutrients. When these nutrients enter the body and we use them, by doing our routine tasks, they are burnt. This process is like a car using up gas. But what happens when the fat we take in is not used up? When our body has excess energy, it is converted to fat, and for many people, these become annoying underarm fats.
Step 1 – How Do We Get Rid of Underarm Fat?
The first step in getting rid of underarm fat is to stop the accumulation of fat. This is done by reducing the amount of food we take in.
What kind of food should we eat less? Different foods offer different proportions of nutrients. Flour, wheat, and protein heavy foods generally contribute to most of our underarm fats. So in order to effectively get rid of underarm fat, it is suggested to reduce these types of food. It’s good to note that you can eat more vegetable, fruits, and other less calorie heavy foods at the same time your reducing calorie and protein intake.
Step 2 – Begin Losing the Underarm Fat
Once we’veĀ reduced our calorie and protein intake to a manageable amount (this is usually around 5-10 percent less calories than what your used to take in). It’s recommended you maintain this for 1-2 weeks before proceeding to step two. This allows your body to adjust to the new intake amounts and allows for your body to better accommodate future changes. It also prevents underarm fats from reoccurring if you suddenly start taking in more calories.
Once your ready to start losing underarm fat, start thinking about different activities you can do. Now this doesn’t mean exercising, in most cases it isn’t. Every activity we do uses energy. A car uses fuel even if your waiting for the light to turn, your burning calories even when reading this article (although very little). Fit in small bursts of activities in your life style is a good place to start. Do 10 jumping jacks once every few hours, or take a walk a few times a week. These activities may seem small but they are very effective in losing fat. You can read this article for more underarm fat exercises.
Most people tend to be very motivated when starting a goal but quickly lose steam. This is often because the activities they chose are simply too intense to maintain. In order to get rid of underarm fat, and do it effectively, it’s suggested you do simple activities that you know you can keep doing. Remember, this is a way of life, not simply a project where you do for a few months and stop. People who are healthy generally live a very healthy life, and you can too! Good luck with getting rid of underarm fat, it’s very doable, and I know you can do well!
